Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward e-mails from one mail account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to forward e-mails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
